Candiss DelCastillo is not a personal apprentice of Cesar Millan. Aside from adhering to his dog handling techniques, Behavioral HELP for Dogs! LLC (B.H.D.) is not affiliated with Cesar Millan Inc., National Geographic, or MPH Entertainment. Neither is she connected with The Monks of New Skete in any way other than to use their materials as guidelines for her work.

Open Monday - Saturday  10am -9pm.  Closed on Sunday.

You will receive a $20.00 rebate, if you email your testimonial to me within 1 week after the Follow Up visit is performed.

• A user friendly email invoice will be sent to you for cash or credit card payment.  For cash payments, the exact amount quoted will be due on the day of the first session.  Payment via credit card will be due 3 days before the first session.  Visa, Mastercard and Discover accepted.  There is a 3% surcharge when credit cards are used.
• Gratuities are accepted, but not required.
• No refunds after the sessions begin.
• Change will not be made.
• No personal checks.

•  There is a $50.00 surcharge for Holiday appointments.  
•  There will be a 100.00 charge if  a 24 hour notice is not given before a session.
  

• A session is not carried out if a human male is there alone. There will be a $100.00 charge for that session if a 24-hour notice has not been given.

• Behavioral HELP for Dogs! LLC reserves the right to use photos or videos that we may take of your pets during a session, for our website and social media marketing, including but not limited to Facebook.  Behavioral HELP for Dogs! LLC will not compromise the security or location of your home in any way.  If you do not want your pet to be included in our promotional marketing, you may request that their image not be used.

• Your first phone call will be returned within 36 hours (usually 24 hrs) unless you specify that you are in a state of emergency with your dog.

• Vaccinations and ID tags for your dog(s) are recommended.

• A 24-hour notice for cancellation is required, or there will be a 100.00 charge.
• There may be an extra charge for dogs that jump and lunge severely, or are excessively large.
• Sessions with multiple dogs are not likely to have, but are subject to a surcharge.
• Cell phones must be turned off and NO texting during sessions.

• There will be a surcharge for any other dogs older than 4 months in your family that will be in the session.

I will make every effort before your purchase to see that you are selecting a pet that is disease free. I encourage choosing a breeder that guarantees the pet, in the event of an undetected illness or disease, unless you decide to go with one who does not guarantee.
